HDF | ClinDoctor® is not a provider of medical services or diagnostics.
HDF | ClinDoctor® assumes no responsibility for the health of users, in any way or manner whatsoever.
HDF | ClinDoctor® is not a service suitable for providing immediate or emergency medical assistance. If you have any doubts about your immediate health condition, whether as a result of the services provided or otherwise, you should immediately seek the assistance of a healthcare professional. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should promptly contact emergency services.
These terms and conditions of use specify the various relationships that are established between the user, the doctor, and HDF | ClinDoctor®. The term "doctor" includes clinics or other medical or related service providers.
HDF | ClinDoctor® performs the following functions:
· It facilitates the task for users by providing them with medical resources and information regarding the selection of a doctor.
· It provides means of communication with a doctor and hosts a communication platform that enables enhanced interaction between the user and a doctor.
Actions that you must do or take
The use of the services relies on the accuracy of the data and information provided by the user. The user is solely responsible for the data entered into the services and for keeping this data updated and any changes to their situation or information. Incorrect input from the user may result in the transmission of inaccurate information to the doctor.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You must use the services or any part thereof in accordance with the following:
· Solely for yourself and for the needs of any legally dependent minors under your care.
· By following the instructions provided by the respective service.
· In an honest and responsible manner, considering the consequences of providing false data or information, knowing that you alone bear all responsibilities arising from false data or information.
· By having the necessary and compliant computer tools and software to connect to the Internet.
· With accuracy, taking care of your access codes and passwords, knowing that you alone bear the responsibilities resulting from any unauthorized access to your account and information.
If you have any doubts about your immediate health condition, whether as a result of the service's outcomes or otherwise, you should seek immediate assistance from a healthcare professional. If you believe you are facing a medical emergency, you should contact emergency services immediately.
Certain medical conditions may not be suitable for remote consultations, and the doctor can inform you accordingly.
Prohibited actions
You must not, in relation to the services or any part thereof:
· Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or alter any element.
· Publish, display, or represent as your own or belonging to someone other than the rightful owner.
· Engage in any other activity that could infringe upon the legitimate rights of HDF | ClinDoctor®.
· Extract the source code in whole or in part, including reverse engineering, translation, creating derivative versions, or engaging in other development or exploitation activities.
· Use their content, including our trademarks, as well as the software and source code, texts, photographs, graphics, reports, documentation, references, images, and other audiovisual content for illegal or commercial purposes or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of HDF | ClinDoctor® or any third party (including trademarks, brands, trade names, or distinctive signs)
· Using them to collect personal or professional information about any person other than yourself;
· Violating any applicable laws or regulations, particularly in the jurisdiction where you registered with us or from where you access these services;
If you or any person acting on your behalf or under your instructions violate the terms and conditions, you or the individuals involved shall be held responsible for any loss or damage directly suffered by HDF | ClinDoctor® or any third party involved in providing the services.
HDF | ClinDoctor® reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of the services, or that of any other party involved, without prior notice. You must not use the services in a manner that could cause distress or harm to any party, and particularly, you must refrain from using aggressive or hateful speech or language.
Understanding the implications of using the services
Regarding the user’s access to the services, HDF | ClinDoctor® is not responsible for:
· any misuse or damage caused to you due to the loss of your user ID/password and/or its use by a third party;
· any damages that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, failures, and/or disconnections in the operation of the services;
· damages caused to users’ computer equipment, including damages caused by external sources, whether intentional or unintentional.
HDF | ClinDoctor® takes all reasonable precautions to protect user information and confidentiality but cannot guarantee that security measures will be immune to third-party malicious attacks.
The initial access to HDF | ClinDoctor by the user or any person authorized by the user represents acceptance of these terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy.
Relations between HDF | ClinDoctor® and the User
If the user intends to contact or consult a doctor, HDF | ClinDoctor® maintains an online platform that facilitates the following activities:
· the user can schedule initial and follow-up appointments with the doctor electronically.
· the doctor and the user can communicate with each other through a messaging system.
· the doctor and the user can engage in video conferencing and voice calls through the platform.
· the doctor generates invoices for the user’s reference.
HDF | ClinDoctor® is not a provider of medical services or diagnostics. Apart from managing the platform, HDF | ClinDoctor® has no influence, involvement, or control over the interaction between the user and the doctor.
Limitations of HDF | ClinDoctor®’s Role and Responsibilities :
The selection of medical advisors is an important decision that should not be solely based on advertisement or announcements within the services.
The quality of medical services provided by any doctor, healthcare practitioner, or service provider obtained through the platform and services is not guaranteed by HDF | ClinDoctor® in any way. The choice of a doctor and services does not imply the availability of a cure for any condition.
The information presented and the services provided do not constitute medical advice or a medical referral service.
HDF | ClinDoctor® is not responsible for any conditions, limitations, or fees arising from the interaction between the user and the doctor.
The user accepts and acknowledges that failure to comply with any conditions imposed by the doctor may result in the cancellation of the doctor's services.

HDF| ClinDoctor® is an independent service provider;
HDF | ClinDoctor ® is not owned or sponsored by healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, or government entities;
HDF | ClinDoctor ® is not primarily funded through advertising sales;
HDF | ClinDoctor ® generates revenue through the sale of communication services, quality auditing and consulting, management, and promotional activities;
HDF | ClinDoctor ® will take reasonable precautions to provide textual descriptions of medical documents offered as part of the services.
